Non-members: $10

Join CV-Well DPG members and peers for a well-balanced, 60-minute virtual yoga flow with Melissa Klimo-Major (Yoga Medicine Therapeutic Specialist, RYT 500, E-RYT 200, YACEP.) This session will include movement, meditation, and a bit of philosophical education, presented in an accessible way that honors the roots of yoga. You'll leave feeling refreshed, restored, and with a new appreciation for this ancient practice that so effectively supports modern-day self and society.

Suggested props for this practice: a yoga mat + a yoga blanket (throw blankets or towels also work great!) An electronic infographic highlighting some key yogic principles and practices will be available to all attendees post-session. All are welcome.
